Crack brain was a Kyoto-based Visual Rock band.
Biography[]
Crack brain formed in Kyoto in April 1999 and officially debuted releasing their first demo tape in July. The very first concert took place at ARC DEUX on August 13th .
The band soon signed a contract with CROW MUSIC, an indie label based in the Kyoto area.
In September 2001 guitarist Shigure left Crack brain and was replaced by Airi, previously a member of Madeth gray’ll, one of the most known bands of the Matina label at that time.
Thanks to Airi’s musical background the popularity of Crack brain in the Visual Kei scene seemed to increase. Despite this, they disbanded after their last concert at Kyoto MUSE HALL on September 21st, 2002.
