MU are a visual kei band, formed in May 2012. They were an independent band until KAMIJO discovered them in 2014 and invited them to his record label, Sherow Artist Society.
Due to a vocal cord polyp being found in vocalist AIKA's throat, the band declared a temporary hiatus after their 3rd anniversary one-man live "MASTER OF UNIVERSE VOL.06" at Ikebukuro EDGE on May 16, 2015, in order for him to have time to recover.
