To keep this wiki organized and easy to access everything has specific "rules" to keep things neat and tidy. This includes the images.
How To Name Files[]
Album Images[]
When uploading images of albums, singles, EPs etc. start with the name of the band, followed by a space, a "-" another space, the name of the album, followed by it's type (either album or single, EPs should also be labelled as album) and ending with the word "Cover". File titles should look something like this:

How to Use, When to Use[]
- Regular Edition = Band Name - Album Name Album Cover.jpg
- Limited Edition = Band Name - Album/Single Name LE Album/Single Cover.jpg
- Limited Edition A = Band Name - Album/Single Limited Edition A Album/Single Cover.jpg
- Limited Edition B = Band Name - Album/Single Limited Edition B Album/Single Cover.jpg
- Compilation Albums = Band Name - Album Name Album Cover.jpg
- Omnibus Albums = Band Name - Album Name Album Cover.jpg
- Single = Band Name - Single Name Single Cover.jpg
- Digital Single = Band Name - Single Name Single Cover.jpg

Band/Member Images[]
Images such as photo shoot pictures, magazine scans, member profiles and album concepts should be labelled with the band or artist's name, followed by a space, dash, space, a short description then ending with, the album name if it's concept photos; "Month (if possible), Year, Magazine" for magazine scans. These files' names should look something like this:
- Maya - Pink and black stripes PUNKY HEART
- Miyavi - Breads June 2007 SHOXX
What Not To Do[]
File Names[]
Any files with these traits in their name will either be immediately removed or re-labelled:
- tumblr654g65d465f4.jpg (or general gibberish names)
- AAAH OH MY GOSH I LOVE AIJI.png
- DENKI man - so kawaii.jpg
- 妄想統覚劇.jpg
- 2nd ｢a knot｣ .jpg
Files with symbols or characters that is not native to the standard North-American keyboard should definitely not be used.
Images Subject for Immediate Removal[]
Some images will be removed immediately, despite correct and proper labelling. If your image has any of the following traits, please do not upload it:
- Photo shopped images
- Images with filters (unless officially added by band)
- Pictures with watermarks for websites or online sellers
- Selfies of yourself or images not pertaining to J-pop/rock
